Rob Pisano, Appliers co-founder and a certified EOS Implementer, hosted the Ballroom breakout stream across all three sessions.
Where EOS
meets AI.
You already have the vision, the structure and the discipline. Appliers works with your leadership team, maps the Accountability Chart, and rebuilds the systems your business actually runs on. Not another piece of software. A redesign of how the work gets done.

One day. Up to six hundred businesses that already run on EOS.
Appliers went to Royal Randwick as a Gold Partner of the 2026 EOS Conference Asia Pacific. We came to do two things: meet the owners doing the work, and find the advisers who serve them.
Move first, or get left behind
Appliers.ai CTO Pete Gatt on the only question that matters for a disciplined business right now: what happens to the ones that wait.

We had a special Appliers.ai team member. Rocco the AI robot mingled with guests during the conference, entertaining them with his dance moves. See him in the recap.

Nobody has to change how they run their business to work with us.
Appliers is a certified global licensee. We are EOS compatible, which means we already speak the language, the structure and the operating rhythm of businesses running on EOS. We do not replace the system, we power it with an AI engine.
Move the repeatable work into the system
The chasing, the updating, the follow up, the data entry. Every job on the Accountability Chart that a person is doing only because nobody built a better way to do it.
Free your people for the work you hired them for
Decisions, relationships, creativity, judgement. The parts of the business that only get better when a human is paying attention.
Redesign the workflow, then pick the tool
Work moves faster, with fewer errors and less manual effort, because the process was rebuilt around the outcome rather than around the software you happened to buy.
We build the software and deploy the agents
Working demos every fortnight. You will see progress and ROI in stages.
We go inside the business
Discover, Optimise, Apply. We map how the work actually gets done, decide what to keep, rebuild and retire, then build it in waves.
EOS and AI, answered.
The questions we were asked most at Randwick, and the answers we gave.
What does it mean that Appliers is an EOS licensed partner?
We are a certified global licensee, which means we are EOS compatible. We use the same language, the same structure and the same operating rhythm your leadership team already uses. The Accountability Chart is where we start, the Level 10 is where the work shows up, and your Rocks are what we are trying to move. You do not have to translate anything for us.
We already run on EOS. Why would we need AI on top of it?
EOS gives you the discipline: one vision, clear ownership, weekly traction. What it cannot give you is capacity. Most EOS businesses hit a point where the system is working and the team is still buried, because the seats on the chart are full of repeatable admin that nobody has ever redesigned. AI is how you get that capacity back without adding headcount.
Put differently: EOS tells you who owns what. We make sure the owner of each seat is doing the part only a human can do, and we automate the rest.
Where do you actually start?
With your Accountability Chart. We sit with the leadership team, take each function, and separate the work into two piles: repeatable and exceptional. Repeatable work follows rules, happens often and looks the same every time. That is what we automate. Exceptional work needs judgement, relationships or creativity. That is what we protect.
From there we pick the highest value thing we can build in the first wave, and we build it.
Do we have to replace our systems?
No, and we would talk you out of it if you wanted to. We work with the stack you have. Part of the Discover phase is auditing what you are paying for, and the outcome is usually that we retire a few subscriptions that were only ever holding a process together. On average our clients retire multiple redundant software systems.
How long before we see something working?
You get a working demo every fortnight.
What is the difference between an AI agent and the automations we already have?
A traditional automation follows a fixed path: if this, then that. It breaks the moment the input looks slightly different. An agent reads context, makes a judgement inside boundaries you set, and handles the messy middle: the email that does not follow the template, the invoice with the field in the wrong place, the customer question that needs three systems checked before it can be answered.
Most businesses need both. Knowing which job needs which is most of the skill.
Is our data safe?
Your data stays yours. We design each build around what the agent actually needs to see, nothing more, and we set the boundaries with you before anything is deployed. Where work is sensitive, we keep a human approving the step that matters. We are happy to walk your IT lead or your auditor through the architecture.
Will this replace people on our team?
That is not what happens in practice. Across the businesses we have worked with, more than 500 full time roles have been lifted out of administrative work, which means the same people doing better work rather than fewer people doing the same work. Growing businesses tend to use the capacity to grow. Watch our story on 9News, featuring our logistics client who after employing Appliers.ai is now scaling his operations without reducing headcount.
The honest version: AI is not going to replace you. The business that uses AI is going to outrun the business that does not.
We are not a technology company. Does this still apply?
It applies more. We work across logistics, ecommerce, finance, manufacturing and professional services. The businesses that get the most out of this are the ones with a lot of repeatable coordination and follow up, which is most businesses that have grown past their first structure.
We are an EOS Implementer or an adviser. Can we refer clients?
Yes. We work with EOS Implementers, accountants, lawyers and consultants who bring us into a client. You know their business, we know how to transform it with AI. You stay in the relationship, we do the build, and you share in a percentage of the discovery revenue. Register your interest as an Appliers referral partner.
What does the first conversation cost?
Absolutely nothing. It gives us an opportunity to talk about your needs and bottlenecks, and determine the best path to move forward. We map your operations against your Accountability Chart and tell you the single highest value thing AI could do in your business this month.
From Randwick, and after it.
